There is an unguarded (policemen) house that if you enter, you receive a blackscreen.
EDIT: The first house you see when you enter Pewter (SOUTH).

Also the ladder where you exit Mt. Moon is blocked by some invisible densities and boulders. Hopefully this will be recognized.
