As I have already talked to people about, I think this game could use the real Pokemon attacks from the games.
Gains of Adding Attacks: With Attacks, battling would be more difficult. People could have their own way of fighting, Their own style. To be strong you need to have skills using attacks. With attacks you could even add in a real Pokemon Contest like in the game. The contest could have a Admin judge and the person who had the coolest/cutest(etc.) performance would win. This would add a wow factor to the game and community, instead of only being able to battle for stuff, you would be able to go from a strategic point of performance to win. I hope you take this into consideration.
Downside of Adding Attacks: This could cause some big bugs, People spamming attacks. Adding the attacks takes a long time, Ace would have to use alot of his free time to code in every little attack. Bugs are always a pain in updates, it is just so much work to code something then have to fix it because of a bug, or multiple bugs. I know that coding is a lot of work, but I also know that Ace could do it if he tries.
That is all.

Im very familiar with this kind of game play, infact ,there is a byond pokemon game doing that,That game is more about quality,it uses real attacks ,quests, good battling screen, decent map and has npc gym leaders and random npcs around the map to get money.Although,The quality is amazing,it has a bad side.Bugs: Because of this, the game had to wipe each7 or more months to stop the players of getting bugged. That game has a night and morning time and actual breeding, for some bug, some moves dont work at night time.Time:Because they care about quality and good looking moves and game, the game is working in generation 3 right now,so they have pokemons only up to generation 3.Pokemons also have the full stats list ,starting with hp-atk-def-special atk,spl def, speed. Its your choice though if you want it to have real attacks or not,but imma vote for no ,cuz that game started in2005,been 7 years in gen 3 .Training is also harder and there is a level cap,so that people have a fair battle . This game should be much harder to train..getting a level 300 pokemon in 1:30 hours is silly..that other game takes months to get a level 100,and there is a level 100 level cap,you can go higher, but it'd be pointless.anywho,if you guys need any help,im always there,i could talk to that games owner into giving me some icons,or i can icon some for you if you want.

My thing w/ attacks---I voted yes forgetting this completely obvious point...
This game's source has a lot more of a 'relaxing' feel to it. The battle system especially. What the choice really comes down to is whether or not you want a more intense battle system or a more relaxed one. There's pros and cons to both, but I honestly see this game doing better w/ a relaxed system for fights. We have a lot of fun w/ tournaments here, even though there's people w/ no luck who just can't win.
The game I staff on, which is currently down for updates, though DOES use a comprehensive attack/stat system, and while frustrating for new players sometimes, it does get fun it's own right. I've hosted random fun events that force the players to tactically apply their moves to handling me (example: a FFA w/ every player on the server vs me and two admins controlling Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina w/ some edited stats and moves.) And people do have fun with those. However, when a bug does occur, it does in fact become code-intensive to fix it, though it'll be temporarily fixed by having the move replaced w/ a working one.
All in all it comes down to: What do you think the population will have more fun with, and what you can do about coding it.

Well the vote is 6 yes to 4 no, so we will have to see what Ace decides to do.
